Is your company preparing for the changing workforce?

Members of the Wyoming Contractors Association recognize the many construction and energy workforce needs and have made the strong commitment to fulfill the needs of Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain region.  The WCA is a sponsor for the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), which provides an extensive curriculum for contractors. The WCA also works with the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) to provide supervisory management and safety training as well.

The Wyoming Contractors Association has completed a 10,000 square foot training facility on 76 acres in Casper, Wyoming. The WCA's McMurry Training Center was built to provide training opportunities for construction and construction related industries. 

The WCA's McMurry Training Center has full time recruiters who assists in placing potential students in classes that will help the students achieve their individual goals. The training center has a list of qualified instructors all certified to teach in their specific fields. Expert training and recruiting combined with scholarship opportunities, our commitment to safety, responsibility and integrity allows WCA's McMurry Training Center to provide perfect opportunities for those interested in working any aspect of the construction and energy industry.
