Associate Member Dues Structure

Dues for an Associate membership are $680.08 per year.  This includes $550.00 for WCA membership plus an annual membership to the Associated General Contractors of America for $130.08 which is paid through WCA.  Per AGC of America Bylaws, Associate members must pay AGC of America dues in each AGC of America Chapter they belong to.   

 Contractor Member Dues Structure

Annual WCA Dues - $300

Annual AGC of America Dues – are based upon the size of the company in the prior calendar year.  For 2011 dues calculations, you should use the company’s size in calendar year 2011 as follows (new contractor members will be billed at the Under $2 Million rate of $468.27):

Quarterly WCA Volume Dues – WCA assesses volume dues on all work done in the State of Wyoming. Volume dues are payable quarterly at the rate of fifteen one-hundredth (0.0015) of one percent.  Volume dues are calculated on the total volume of work performed on which payments have been received by the member in the current quarter less the dollar value of any portion of each estimate subcontracted to another WCA Contractor member.  There is an annual cap of $7,500.00 on volume dues.

Monthly Training Dues – WCA assesses training dues on all man hours worked by all company employees in the State of Wyoming.  Training dues are payable monthly at the rate of $0.06 per hour.  There is an annual cap of $10,000 on training dues.

Provisional Member Dues Structure

Provisional membership is a three-year program intended to attract new contractor members to the association through a dues reduction incentive.  In the fourth year of membership, you will be automatically moved to a Contractor member status and will be expected to pay dues according to the Contractor member bracketed schedule.

Annual WCA Dues - $300

Annual AGC of America Dues – are based upon a three-year program.  In the fourth year of your membership, you will be automatically moved to a Contractor member status.
