Associate Membership Dues Structure

Firms supplying materials, equipment, or service to general contractors doing industrial building, commercial building, highway, heavy engineering, and municipal/utility construction are defined as “Associate” members.

Associate annual membership fee is $680.00. This includes a $550.00 fee for Chapter membership plus an annual membership to the AGC of America for $130.00 paid through this Chapter (per AGC of America Bylaws, you must pay $130.00 in each chapter you belong).

Contractor Membership Dues Structure

Annual membership dues are $750.00. $300.00 for chapter membership and $450.00 for AGC of America membership for the first year. After the first year, AGC dues are based on Volume Amount. Each contractor firm must be a member of the AGC of America through a state chapter. Contractors pay their national dues through their state chapter. If a Non-state (non-home) member has an office in Wyoming, they pay an additional fee of $250.00 to AGC of America. AGC of America dues are based on the following schedule:

WCA assesses volume dues on all industrial and commercial building, highway-heavy engineering,   and municipal/utility work done in the State of Wyoming. Volume dues are payable quarterly at the rate of fifteen one-hundredth (0.0015) of one percent (1%). Volume dues are calculated on the total volume of work performed on which payments have been received by the member in the current quarter less the dollar value of any portion of each estimate subcontracted to another WCA Contractor member. There is an annual cap of $7,500.00 on volume dues payments.

In addition to dues as defined above, each member company shall pay monthly to the WCA  Construction Education Training Program a sum equal to the total number hours worked by all company employees in the State of Wyoming (supervisory personnel, office personnel, and all classifications of labor) at the rate of $0.06 per hour. There is an annual cap of $10,000.00 on training dues. Payment is due by the 10th of the month with forms furnished by he WCA office.

Provisional Membership Dues Structure

  1. A Provisional member or his subsidiary may not be a contractor member in another AGC chapter.
  2. A Provisional member will remain in this category for a maximum period of two years with WCA and three years with AGC. After this period they must become a full member in order to stay in the Association.
  3. A basic fee of $225.00 for chapter membership plus an annual membership to the AGC of America for $210.00 for the 1st year, $310.00 for the 2nd year and $410.00 for the 3rd year.
  4. WCA assesses volume due on all industrial, commercial building, highway-heavy engineering, and municipal/utility work done in the State of Wyoming. Volume dues are quarterly at the rate of fifteen one-hundredth (0.15) of one percent (1%). Volume dues are calculated on the total dollar volume of prime and subcontract work performed in Wyoming. There is an annual cap of $1,000.00 on volume dues payments for a Provisional member.
  5. In addition to dues as defined above, each Provisional member company shall pay monthly to the WCA Construction Education Training Program a sum equal to the total number hours worked by all company employees in the State of Wyoming (supervisory personnel, office personnel, and all classifications of labor) at a rate of $0.06 per hour. There is an annual cap of $1,500.00 on training dues for a Provisional member.
